Note: Revised 9/6/25

This publishing agreement is entered into by DOMINIONHOUSE Publishing & Design, LLC, located at P.O. Box 681938, Orlando, Florida 32868, hereafter referred to as the Publisher, and [Name of Co-author], residing at [Address of Co-author], hereafter referred to as the Co-author or Author.

This agreement does not create a business partnership between us; it solely establishes a collaboration between the Publisher and Co-author for the specified anthology project. The terms outlined in this agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the book publishing project, "Divinely Covered: Powerful Prayers of Protection for You, Your Family, and Your Life," and life of the published book.

In light of the mutual agreements and concessions made, the parties hereby agree to the following terms:

Co-author’s Consent

1(a). The Author hereby grants permission for their submitted writings, referred to as the Work, to be included in an anthology titled "Divinely Covered: Powerful Prayers of Protection for You, Your Family, and Your Life", hereafter known as the Anthology, which will be published in printed format. eBook and audio versions of the Anthology may be released at a later time; if this happens, a separate agreement outlining the specific terms will be provided to the co-authors.

1(b). The Author gives the Publisher permission to utilize the Author’s selected publication name and biographical details for the purposes of advertising, promoting, or otherwise publicizing the Work and the Anthology. The Author may also be requested to supply an image or likeness; however, the Author reserves the right to decline this request. The Publisher will only use personal information that has been explicitly provided and approved by the Author.

Publication Rights Granted

2(a). The Publisher's use of the Work will involve the assignment of rights for publication in English worldwide. These rights are granted for a duration of one year following the official publication date of the specified Anthology, which is slated for either the last quarter of 2025 or the first quarter of 2026, depending on which date occurs first. After this one-year period, the Author is free to include the Work in other publications. It is acknowledged and agreed that the Publisher may only utilize this Work within the Anthology.

2(b). The Co-author agrees that their anthology submission will be exclusively provided to this publication for a period of up to one year following its release. It is understood that the Publisher may utilize this Work solely within the Anthology, and this authorization is granted on a continuous basis, remaining in effect for all future sales of the Anthology. The Publisher retains the right to continue selling the Anthology even after the exclusivity period concludes. The rights conferred to the Publisher under this subsection are specifically limited to the publication and distribution of the Work as it is included in the Anthology. The Publisher is prohibited from using the Work in any other publication or electronic format without obtaining permission from the Co-author.

2(c). The Co-author maintains full ownership of all rights to the Work described herein.

2(d). The Co-author acknowledges and agrees that they are not granted any rights to print, distribute, edit, or publish the completed Anthology. These rights are exclusively held by the Publisher.

2(e) The Co-Author acknowledges that the title of the Anthology may be changed by the Publisher if necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Transactions

3(a). The Co-author must pay a contribution fee of $397 USD. At the time of signing this agreement, there will be no royalty agreement applicable to the Co-author.

3(b) If the completed Anthology is made available in retail distribution channels (such as Amazon.com, etc.), each Co-author will receive an equal royalty payment, calculated based on the total number of Co-authors involved in the project. Additionally, when the Anthology is distributed in a retail marketplace, the Publisher will provide the Co-author with a separate distribution agreement detailing the specific terms and royalty amounts they will receive.

3(c). Upon completion of this Anthology, the Co-author will receive 25 printed copies of the book during the initial print run, which they can sell in their personal designated marketplaces at the retail price of $19.99. The Co-author agrees not to sell the Anthology in retail distribution channels where the Publisher has positioned the Anthology for sale (such as Amazon.com, etc.). The Publisher will not be responsible for selling the Co-author's inventory of books. Furthermore, the Publisher does not guarantee future or ongoing sales of the completed Anthology throughout the life of the published book. The Co-author acknowledges their responsibility for marketing and promoting the book in their designated marketplaces in order to achieve their revenue objectives. The Co-author agrees not to adjust the price of the published Anthology without the Publisher's consent.

3(d) The Co-author will have the opportunity to buy additional printed copies of the Anthology at the Publisher's current wholesale price of $9.99 per book, plus applicable shipping and handling fees. The Co-author acknowledges that printing and shipping costs may rise occasionally due to factors beyond the Publisher's control. Should this happen, the print rate, wholesale price, and shipping fees may be adjusted, leading to potential changes in the retail price of the book. The Publisher will notify the Co-author of any such increases in advance.

3(e). The Publisher shall not be liable for collecting state sales tax when the Co-author sells the Anthology obtained from the Publisher for retail purposes, as the books will be purchased at the Publisher's wholesale rate. It is the Co-author's responsibility to collect and remit any necessary sales tax in accordance with their state's regulations. The Co-author agrees to provide a resale certificate or tax-exempt certificate to secure printed books at the Publisher's wholesale rate; otherwise, the Publisher is legally obligated to collect the applicable sales tax on the wholesale price of the books purchased.

3(f) The Co-author shall be accountable for federal taxes on any income generated from book sales in their designated marketplaces. The Co-author is responsible for their own business accounting and not the Publisher.

3(g) The Co-author acknowledges and agrees that any books sold by the Publisher, along with its partners, Tarsha Campbell Empowers, LLC and the Divinely Covered™ brand, in their designated marketplaces will generate revenue exclusively for these entities. The Co-author will not receive any share of this revenue. Royalty payments will only be distributed for books sold in retail distribution marketplaces, as outlined in section 3(b), where they will be shared with each Co-author.

3(h) If the Publisher cancels the project for unforeseen reasons out of their control prior to the start of the editing, designing, proofreading, and printing of the Anthology, the Co-author contribution fee will be refunded. However, the Co-author understands once the publishing process begins and their co-author contribution is designated for editing, designing, proofreading, and printing the Anthology, a refund will no longer be available.

Co-author's Guarantees and Protections Consent.

4(a). The Author affirms and guarantees that he/she/they is the sole creator of the Work, and that no one else has prior claims to the rights granted in this agreement. Before publication, the Publisher will provide the Author with the proposed version for their approval. However, the Publisher retains the right to make minor copy-editing and formatting adjustments to ensure that the Work adheres to the standard forms and conventions of the Anthology.

5(d). The Publisher retains all copyrights to the finalized Anthology and has not committed to any additional compensation for the Co-author's contribution to the project. Instead, the Publisher has granted the Co-author the rights and privileges to sell the completed published Anthology, at a fixed retail price of $19.99 per copy, after acquired from the Publisher as outlined in section 3(c). The Publisher reserves the right to adjust the retail price to improve profit margins or to response to future book market price and production fluctuations. The Publisher reserves the right to determine the life of the published book and how long it will remain in the marketplace.
